We identify and acquire high-yield safari and hospitality properties in markets with structural supply constraints and strong macro tailwinds. Our pipeline spans Zimbabwe, Namibia, and Zambia.
Every asset is repositioned to institutional standards: physical upgrades, off-grid sustainability infrastructure, and integration into our centralised management platform. Community joint ventures anchor every property to its host conservancy.
Through Safari.wiki, our proprietary booking and loyalty platform, we bypass the commission economics of third-party intermediaries and own the customer relationship across the entire portfolio.
